A key feature of NJATOD’s online membership system is management and processing of membership renewals. Members wishing to manage their account, or renew their membership via electronic payment, have the option to easily and securely do so by logging into the account created for them when the system was initiated.
To renew a membership for an upcoming term, simply locate the renewal option under the “Subscription” tab of your account page. Click the “Sign Up” button for the available term, enter your payment details, and submit the payment form.
The system is currently configured to NOT auto-renew members unless a payment is initiated via the secure online payment processor (Stripe), or otherwise manually recorded. This means that members who’ve not renewed online are defaulted to “inactive” subscribers at the end of the subscription term.
Features of NJATOD’s membership system allow members to manage their membership subscription and edit membership details.
To edit your account details, simply log into your account using the access credentials provided you. Upon log in, click on the “Profile” tab to modify your account details as needed. Click the “Save Changes” button to record your changes.
The “Lost Your Password” (Member Reset Password) link on the login page may be used for members to retrieve lost, forgotten, or otherwise unknown login credentials. In most cases, all a member needs to retrieve their access credentials is the member email account OR username on file. For members with multiple member accounts linked to a single email address, then the username for the account is exclusively required to retrieve the correct login credentials. Contact NJATOD web support for other login issues.
